How far in advance should I book?

4–8 weeks is ideal, especially for weekends and holiday weekends. That said, I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when my schedule allows — never hurts to ask!

What areas do you serve?

Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas. Travel outside the metro is available for a small mileage fee — just mention your venue when you inquire.

How long do balloon installations last?

Air-filled designs (which I use almost exclusively) typically hold their shape beautifully for 1–3 days indoors. Outdoor installations are designed for the duration of your event — heat and direct sun shorten lifespan.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Always. Every package includes professional on-site installation and post-event teardown. You don't have to lift a finger — or worry about a sea of balloons the next morning.

Can you match a specific theme or Pinterest inspiration?

Absolutely — that's where I shine. Share your inspiration photos, color palette, or theme, and I'll design something custom that nails the vision (often even better than you imagined).

What's required to book?

A signed agreement and 50% retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. I accept Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.
